This window is one of a pair that were commissioned for the church sanctuary in memory of an active woman of the church. The symbols and scripture verse reflect her devotion to the church. The pink roses were a particular personal favorite of hers.
I used copper foil to assemble the roses so I could give them finer detail. The balance of the window is leaded. The background glass was chosen to compliment the glass in the existing windows.
